Dr. James Michael Hill, born 1951, is President and Founder of The League of the South (1994-present) and holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of Alabama received in 1985. Dr. Hill taught history on the college/university level for twenty-years. He is also the author of Fire & Sword and The Grey Book, as well as numerous articles on Celts, military, and Southern history.
